– Aaron Siskind
The most important piece of the puzzle lies behind the camera, it is he/she that decides what’s important, what’s to be remembered. It’s not only a simple reflection of reality, what “was”, but a very personal and intimate interpretation of what happened. If you’re curious about things and people, if you share the emotions and react with the release of the shutter you might succeed in capturing a fragment of your world. That’s quite a feat almost magical how you can share how you perceive the world and its events. If this the very essence of Photography we must concentrate on creating and sharing only what we see and forget about the commercial needs or ways of seeing because in the end they are quite irrelevant.
